Pokérrito has two existing locations in downtown Vancouver and was established to bring a new food concept that provides a modern and healthy lifestyle choice to the Lower Mainland. Pokérrito’s mission is to provide customers with a healthy yet tasty eating experience and their vision is reflected in the menu through harmonious combinations of signature sauces and fresh ingredients. Pokérrito has aggressive expansion plans to open new locations throughout the Lower Mainland with an immediate focus on Richmond, Vancouver, Burnaby and Coquitlam. The ideal size for the exiting concept is 1,200 square feet and Pokérrito has no special venting requirements so they will work in almost any retail space. High profile spaces between 750 and 3,000 square feet in target markets will also be considered.
