With over thirty five years of experience in real estate acquisition, development and brokerage, Joe brings a broad picture perspective to every transaction, while providing the experience and attention to detail so necessary in today’s complex real estate environment. As a principal of the company, Joe is focused on major client transactions, strategic planning and client development.

With her over 10 years of experience in retail focused commercial real estate across Western Canada, Maggie leads our team of representatives and oversees all transactions. Now our fearless Managing Broker, Maggie first joined SRE in 2001 as an intern and summer student. Upon completion of her Degree, Maggie continued her commercial real estate career in Calgary where she was involved with everything from the expansion of a national pet store chain to the design and development of large scale industrial campus’, also spending number of years with one of western Canada’s largest developers specializing in retail leasing. Maggie specializes in market development planning, strategic expansion and disposition, lease negotiations, transaction due diligence and marketing.
In her spare time Maggie enjoys skiing, biking, fishing, painting and hanging out with family and friends.

Vice President of Tenant Services
John is focused on client expansion, development planning and renewals. Prior to joining SRE, John led freestanding restaurant expansion in Western Canada for A&W Food Services of Canada Inc., Canada’s 2nd largest QSR burger chain and he has an intimate understanding of what it takes to successfully expand in a franchise environment. John also brings with him 15 years of customer development experience with some of Canada’s most successful food retailers and distributors including Costco, 7-11 and Overwaitea Food Group.

Co-Founder
Paul is a co-founder of Strategic Real Estate Ltd. and acts in an advisory role for the company while still maintaining his brokerage license. Paul has more than 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, which has included corporate positions with CIL, McDonald’s Restaurants and Trilea Centres. Since 1990 he has specialized in full service retail tenant representation. Paul’s combination of market development planning, strategy and execution skills, intimate geographic knowledge of western Canada and outstanding owner/developer relationships have all lead to the roll out of many national and international retailers’ successful expansion in the West.
