With over 14 years of experience in retail focused commercial real estate across Western Canada, Maggie is now a co-owner, Managing Broker and Managing Director of SRE. Upon completion of her Degree, Maggie continued her commercial real estate career in Calgary before moving to Vancouver to pursue a brokerage career. Maggie specializes in market development planning, strategic expansion, site disposition, lease negotiations, lease renewals, transaction due diligence and has a special interest in marketing.
In her spare time Maggie enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her two children and her husband.

As co-owner and President, John is focused on strategy, client expansion, development planning, and renewals. Prior to joining SRE, John led freestanding restaurant expansion in Western Canada for A&W Food Services of Canada Inc., Canada’s 2nd largest QSR burger chain and he has an intimate understanding of what it takes to successfully expand in a franchise environment. John also brings with him 15 years of customer development experience with some of Canada’s most successful food retailers and distributors including Costco, 7-11 and Overwaitea Food Group.
Quintessential “girl dad” and “coach”, John loves to spend his spare time with family and friends.

Joe is one of the co-founders and is the former owner of Strategic Real Estate Ltd. With over forty years of experience in real estate acquisition, development and brokerage, Joe brings a broad picture perspective to every transaction, while providing the experience and attention to detail so necessary in today’s complex real estate environment. Bringing a wealth of knowledge to the company, Joe helps with client transactions and deal making.
