We can either assist or take the lead in the development of our clients sites, including coordinating feasibility analysis, acquisition of properties, land assemblies, zoning permits and approvals, consultant selection and coordination, financial structuring, contractor selection, site planning, merchandise mix, leasing and project management coordination. Development management is provided on either a consulting or equity participation basis.
